Digital Products and Publications Policy
Fitz Creative Solutions offers digital products and published materials intended for immediate access or fulfillment. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- E-books
- Digital planners and journals
- Downloadable guides, templates, and creative tools
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to download or access after delivery
- Compatibility issues with personal devices or software
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Paper Books
Paper books are produced and fulfilled through external publishing and print partners.
All paper book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for paper books except in cases of:
- Items arriving damaged
- Printing or manufacturing defects
- Fulfillment errors resulting in an incorrect item
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photo documentation.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a digital product or paper book from Fitz Creative Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Fitz Creative Solutions reserves the right to update this policy as products, platforms, or fulfillment methods change.
Print-on-Demand Production, Shipping, and Returns Policy
Fitz Creative Solutions offers select apparel and branded goods that are produced through print-on-demand partners. These items are created specifically for each order.
Production and Fulfillment
All apparel and select branded goods are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Most products are printed and shipped from facilities located within the United States whenever possible.
Because items are made to order, production cannot be canceled once it has begun.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
At this time, Fitz Creative Solutions offers free shipping on eligible products. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, or external factors.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are limited.
Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The incorrect item or size was received due to a fulfillment error
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Preference changes after delivery
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Print-on-Demand Partner Guidelines
All print-on-demand products are fulfilled in accordance with our production partner’s policies and quality standards. Fitz Creative Solutions follows these guidelines to ensure consistency, quality control, and fair resolution of issues.
